Select HeartGuide from “My Devices” and choose the “Forget This Device” option. The prompt will also ask you to delete the Bluetooth settings from your smart device. First, unpair your HeartGuide: To unpair HeartGuide from the HeartAdvisor app, select “Profile > Connected Device > Unpair”.Make sure your HeartGuide is in Bluetooth pairing mode by pressing and holding the button on the watch for more than three seconds. You will then be prompted to follow the pairing instructions.
